The vendor area will close no later than 4 p.m. We will have personnel available to help you load.  All vendors must be off site by 5 p.m. We thank you for your cooperation in maintaining this schedule to insure a smooth running show.

Other Info

Please provide us with the number and name of all individuals working your tables (including yourself), so that we can have the appropriate number of vendor ID’s ready. Please note, that more than 3 people for any one table requires prior approval. For security reasons, the Stafford Centre will not allow any persons, not listed, in the vendor area during set-up.

The loading dock for vendors is located at the rear of the Stafford Centre. After unloading, vendors are asked to move their vehicles to the front of the Stafford Centre

IPMS - Houston respects and admires the artistry of this hobby, regardless of the subject. However, common-sense standards of good taste and family viewing must be maintained.   Please be advised, that “mature” or “provocative” (e.g. Rated R) subject matter is subject to omission from the event at the discretion of the Show Director.   Decisions are final. This “decency clause” applies to all participants of the show.

Donations – Door Prize / Raffle Prize
We appreciate all donations for door prizes and/or raffle prizes for the show. It helps bring in modelers, keeps them in the show hall with the vendors and advertises YOU! We always include our donor’s name on the Door/Raffle prize. You may attach one of your business cards to the Door/Raffle prize or we will be happy to print courtesy labels as needed. If you need labels, let us know how many you will need and how the label should read.   Please list items to be donated for Door/Raffle prizes along with the dollar value for each item on the Prize Donation Form. Please bring the donated items on the morning of the show and deliver them to the Prize area prior to doors opening to the general public.

Sponsorship - Contest
We are most grateful for any contest sponsorship. The contest helps promote the hobby. The cost structure for the contest awards is $50 for each “Best of” Division and $30 for each individual category which includes 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place awards. We announce the sponsor’s name during the Awards Ceremony and as well as include it on the Contest Category Display Cards, thus advertising YOU! Optionally we can include your logo, phone #, city, and website in addition to your name on the Contest Category Display Cards.

Contest
If you will be participating as a contestant in our show’s contest, please let us know. This is so that we can make special arrangements for you to get your models entered.
