DONATIONS
We appreciate all donations for prizes for the show. It helps bring in modelers, keeps them in the show hall with the vendors and advertises YOU!
We will gladly include the donor’s name on the prize. You may attach one of your business cards to the prize or we will be happy to print courtesy labels as needed. If you would like labels, please let the Show Director know how many you will need in advance and how the label should read.
Please list items to be donated for prizes along with the dollar value for each item on the Prize Donation Form. This will help determine as to whether it will be a door prize, a raffle item, or a silent auction item.
Please bring the donated items on the morning of the show and deliver them to the Prize area prior to doors opening to the general public.
Door Prizes typically do not exceed $15 in value.
Raffle Items typically range in the $50 to $150 in value.
Please be aware that items can be combined to effectively make a raffle package. A set of tools for example, while each tool may only be worth $15, five of them combined could form a raffle package worth $75.
Silent Auctions have a minimum bid dollar value based on a % of the value of the auction item.
